• Building the overall program governance dashboard and presenting the same to weekly steering committee.
• Preparing Road map charter, overall release level plan and defining key delivery milestones.
• Partner with cross functional teams to establish process, tools and controls.
• Trusted advisor for India and client leadership team in risk identification, mitigation and closure.
• Accountable for set of projects delivery within the engagement ensuring cost, SLA, schedule & quality standards are met.
• Presales support and Client interaction.
• Project delivery, Account level business operations including Capacity management, Contract management, interaction with Legal team & vendor coordination, Risk Planning & Mitigation.
