When contracting a job, it is important for me to define the goals and determine the key criteria that must be met. I also prefer to immediately agree on a desired deadline for completing the task and to communicate in writing so that all information is transparent. I state the exact price for the selected services at the beginning of the work. If necessary, I can deliver copies of the work/s in the process of creation, and I agree on such and similar working conditions before starting the work.
Given that each job has its own specifics - the approach to the task, the way of communication, the necessary and desirable goals, and the possibilities and scope of production - I agree during the contracting of the job.
