Work Terms

I am available for work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM CET. I will respond to messages within 24 hours. Communication will primarily take place through Guru.com messaging, with video calls scheduled as needed.Payments will be processed through Guru's SafePay system. I require payment on a milestone basis, with each milestone agreed upon before work begins. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at my hourly rate. Deadlines will be mutually agreed upon before the start of the project. I am committed to delivering high-quality work on time. I adhere to strict confidentiality standards. All client information and project details will be kept secure and private. In case of any disputes, I am open to resolving them through Guru’s dispute resolution system to ensure a fair outcome. In case of project cancellation, any work completed up to that point will be billed at the agreed-upon rate. Refunds will be issued only for milestones not yet started.
