Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Available Monday through Saturday, 8 AM—6 PM (Eastern Time). Flexible scheduling is available for urgent or international projects.

Payment Terms:
Hourly or fixed-price, depending on project scope. Payments through platform milestones or direct invoicing (where applicable). A 25–50% upfront milestone may be requested for larger jobs.

Communication Style:
I am clear, prompt, and professional. My preferred platforms are Guru, Email, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. I provide frequent updates, detailed file naming conventions, and version control.

Delivery & File Formats:
Drawings delivered in DWG, PDF, and DXF formats. BOMs in Excel or CSV. Revit or Inventor files upon request. All documents are clean, layered, and well-organized.
