I enrolled in a six-week intensive training of the General Virtual Assistant program offered by the Department of Information and Communication Technology. During the training, I learned basic Facebook advertising and Social Media content planning and execution. I learned the significance of branding as it resonates with personal and business goals as an online professional. I have established a basic foundation in digital marketing, email marketing, and chatbot marketing.
