Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I am available to work during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM, GMT+6). If urgent tasks arise outside of these hours, I can be flexible and respond to critical requests based on availability.
Payment Terms:
Hourly Rate/Project-based Pricing: Payment can be made either hourly or per project, depending on the scope of work.
Initial Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to initiate the project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as mutually agreed.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via PayPal, bank transfer, or other secure methods.
Late Payment: Payments are expected within the agreed timeline. Late payments will incur a 10% late fee after 7 days.
Preferred Communication Style:
Primary Communication: Slack for all formal discussions and updates.
Response Time: I strive to respond within 24 hours on weekdays. For urgent matters, please mention it in the subject line.
Meetings/Calls: Video calls via Zoom or Google Meet are preferred for detailed discussions and project reviews.
Project Management: I use tools like Trello, Asana, or Webflow’s CMS for project updates and task tracking.
Revisions and Feedback:
Design Revisions: 2 rounds of design revisions are included in the project. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
Timely Feedback: Your timely feedback is crucial to keeping the project on track. Delays in feedback may affect delivery timelines.
Confidentiality & Privacy:
All project details and sensitive information will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. I’m happy to sign an NDA if required.
