The designers have done quality work. The only problem I had was in communicating what we wanted, some of that was my fault. Not having been through this process before my descriptions of what I needed weren't as clear as they needed to be. I did, however, provide screen shots of what I wanted our s
ite to look like and am not sure if they were viewed. In the end the site looks great and we are happy. Just a confusing process to go through with people who don't speak the same language.
