At Aphrodite Retouch Artist, I am committed to delivering high-quality, professional retouching with precision and attention to detail. To ensure a smooth workflow, please review the following terms:
1. Working Hours & Availability
- Available Monday – Friday (Flexible hours, depending on project requirements).
- Response time within 24 hours for inquiries and revisions.
2. Project Scope & Deliverables
- Each project includes non-destructive, high-end retouching with a natural yet refined look.
- Standard deliverables: High-resolution JPEG, PNG, or TIFF files (upon request).
- Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project (typically 1-3 business days per image).
3. Revisions & Adjustments
- Up to 2 free revisions per image to ensure satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Revision requests must be made within 7 days of file delivery.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are handled securely through Guru’s SafePay system.
- No refunds once the final files are delivered.
5. File Submission & Communication
- Clients must provide high-quality RAW, TIFF, or high-resolution JPEG images for the best results.
- Communication is preferred via Guru’s messaging system for clarity and project tracking.
6. Confidentiality & Usage Rights
- All images remain confidential and will not be shared without the client’s consent.
- The final retouched images are for client use only. If used for commercial purposes, proper credit is appreciated but not mandatory.
