I have worked in a call center for 7 years handling customer service. My first year was for an online shopping account, taking care of their orders and queries for shipment. Then i moved to another call center which is a telco account. we handled billing, customer service and technical troubleshooting. I was also trained for sales for upselling. When I got promoted, I had training for MS excel and Ms word. I was able to enhance my skills with time management and people management.
Work Terms
I do have a very flexible time since im currently unemployed and is just taking care of my son. I do have paypal and a bank account for payment options. western union is also preferable.
