Applied is headquartered in Bismarck, ND, with additional offices in Fargo, ND; Brooklyn Park, MN; Sioux Falls, SD; and Dallas, TX.

We find hourly projects provide for more flexibility and creativity. We will take fixed bid projects if the requirements/specifications are clearly defined. We will provide a weekly invoice with hourly breakdowns under net 10 terms.
