I was a call center operations manager for over 6 years. I decided to leace the corporate world because of my desire to personally take care of my kids. I started freelancing a year ago.

My expertise revolves in call center management, customer service and technical support. I have had webinars and online trainings about several freelancing tools amd have somehow learned the basics of being a virtual assistant.

Work Terms

I prefer flexible hours, I can work more than 40 houra per week. Hourly rate is $8 and preferred mode of payment is paypal.
