April Taitano has an outstandingly creative mind. She is an artist, and this shines through brilliantly in her work. She also has an impressive sense of professionalism and takes her clients’ interests seriously, as if they were her own. She truly enjoys being able to inspire and encourage others. In her mind, one of her greatest accomplishments has been in being able to nurture her three children, as well as others, into successful adults. Her greatest inspiration is her family and her Chamorro heritage from the Island of Guam. Some of her favorite artists and writers include Salvador Dali, Mary Cassatt, Georgia O’Keefe, Shakespeare, Edgar Allen Poe, and Franz Kafka. She is currently a student at Peninsula College in Washington State, and is the current secretary of the college’s multicultural club. She plans to use the things she has learned from her experience to inspire others of various backgrounds to pursue their goals and dreams for the future. April brings her professional and family background, combined with her creativity and empathetic nature, to her designs. As much as her artwork speaks for itself, the success of her clients is her foremost ambition.
