Designing the Optimistic Future
I have more than 6 years of experience in Designing Special Purpose Machines, Material Handling Equipment, Welding Fixtures and Assembly Fixtures for leading automotive Industries like BOSCH, Magneti Marelli Motherson, Hannon Automotive, Tata Toyo Radiator, Banco Products, etc.
Moreover, I have good knowledge of 3D & 2D CAD software like CATIA V5R19, SOLID WORKS 2016, SOLID EDGE ST8, AutoDesk Inventor 2017 & AUTO CAD 2017.
In addition, I do have knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Heavy Fabrication and Assembly of Products which makes my Designs more reliable, accurate, cost effective and functional. I also have good understanding of Control Systems such as PLC, HMI, Sensors, Transducers, Drives, Motors Etc.
I have satisfactory skills of Robot Simulation which are highly required in the Welding Automation. I have good command on the RoboDK software for the simulation.
Work Terms
9 hours/day for 5 Days in a week. In case urgency No limits for Working hours.
