Work Terms
1. Scope of Work
Description of Services: I offer Graphic Design in which I work on logo design.
Deliverables: Specific items I will deliver to the client (e.g., file formats, number of revisions, etc.).
2. Payment Terms
Rates: I will charge according to fixed project rate.
Payment Schedule: I will charge 30% upfront, 70% upon completion.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods are: bank transfer, Guru’s payment system.
3. Revisions
Number of Revisions: Unlimited number of revisions available.
4. Timeline
Project Timeline: Estimated timeline for project completion is 3 days.
Milestones: Key milestones and deadlines for deliverables is 2 days.
5. Communication
Preferred Communication Channels: I will communicate with the client through Guru messaging.
Response Time: Your typical response time to client is 5 minutes.
6. Client Responsibilities
Content and Materials: The client needs to provide text, images, branding guidelines and description of design in that what he is expecting.
Feedback: It will be appreciated if client provide his feedback about the work and client experience.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Transfer of ownership rights upon final payment.
Usage Rights: Any usage restrictions or permissions (e.g., portfolio use).
8. Confidentiality
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Agreement to keep client’s information confidential if required.
