Work Hours & Availability
We operate Monday to Friday, 12 hours per day, ensuring timely communication and project progress.
Weekend support is available on request or as per project urgency.
We stay connected via Phone, Skype, WhatsApp, Slack, or any preferred channel for seamless coordination.

Payment Terms:

For Projects Above USD 1000
• 25% advance to initiate the project
• Remaining payments are milestone-based, tied to tangible updates and deliverables as per the agreed project plan
• The Service Agreement includes detailed milestones, assumptions, support period, and business terms
• Final delivery is made upon completion and receipt of the final payment

For Projects Up to USD 1000
• 50% upfront to start the work
• 50% on completion and approval of the final deliverable

Note: All milestones are set through mutual discussion for clarity and transparency.
We are always open to fair negotiation that ensures a win-win partnership.
