I am a Federal Proposal Writer with hands-on experience crafting RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses for U.S. Federal, Civil, and Defense agencies. I follow Shipley and APMP standards to develop compliant, clear, and compelling proposals.

My work includes creating compliance matrices, developing response strategies, pricing structures, and executive summaries. I've worked with organizations such as Shaavir LLC, Shyne Technologies, and North Hires, helping them submit strong, deadline-driven proposals.

I lead kickoff meetings, manage proposal schedules, and ensure documents meet all technical and compliance requirements. I'm detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering results that align with agency expectations.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation: 2 PM – 11 PM IST, Monday to Saturday
Payment Terms: Hourly or fixed-price projects via SafePay
Communication: Available via Zoom, Google Meet, Guru messaging, or email
Turnaround Time: Replies within 24 hours, delivery per client deadlines
Revisions: Revisions included within project scope
Availability: Open to both one-time and long-term projects
