Hi! I'm Arcel, and I've been working as a Customer Service representative for the past 9 years.

I have a passion for communication and customer service, which is why I love working in an office setting. I am able to multi-task, take care of my own schedule, and help others do the same.

My job responsibilities include:

* Order Processing: Receiving orders from clients and processing them accordingly.

* Google Docs: Managing projects by creating new documents or updating existing ones in Google Drive.

* Office Assistant: Making sure that everything runs smoothly at all times by keeping track of deadlines, coordinating schedules with other staff members and communicating with clients via email or phone calls whenever necessary.

*Customer Service: I've worked in the customer service industry for over 9 years, and I've learned a lot about how to be a great communicator and how to make sure that every customer feels like they're being heard.

I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and that means giving them what they need when they need it--whether that means offering advice on a product or service or just being available for them if they have questions or concerns.
