Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Flexible hours are available for special project needs or urgent consultations.
Payment Terms:
An initial deposit of 30%-50% of the total project cost is required upon signing the contract.
Progress payments will be made in installments based on project milestones.
Final payment is due upon project completion.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.
Preferred Communication Style:
Primary Communication Channels: Email and phone for formal discussions and updates.
Project Updates: Regular updates will be shared via email or through project management tools (if applicable).
Meetings: On-site meetings, virtual consultations, or scheduled calls can be arranged based on the client's preference.
Additional Terms:
All design concepts and revisions will be presented within mutually agreed timelines.
Any additional revisions outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
