In my early years of working...i have worked in an Architectural design company , where i have experienced how to design for real, how to be an Architectural Detailer. and my first time to do exterior perspective that is going to be built months after.there, i learned also Autocad drafting...at that time, i was using Autocad rel.12..and then i have to grow, and to look for greener pasteur,so i left..and then landed in a Structural company.wherein i became a Structural Detailer.ad then i left upon learning..and landed in an Austrailian Company, wherein we do fibre cement plants..and then I have a chance to work in a Construction company, I have learned and become a structural detailer for Highways and Bridges, and then i got to chance to work in an Interior Design company and become an Interior designer and also do fitout drawings and then back to Architectural, and structural..it was last 2011, that i was introduced to MEPF.. i was given a chance to work in an Electrical and Mechanical contractor, wherein i learned about
Electrical,Mechanical,Fdas, Plumbing, Fire Pro, Auxillary Drawings.so by the time i had my next job...I was a Senior Autocad operator for all Disciplines.My next desination is Senior Designer and the next Design Coordinator for Architectural, and that time i decided to work alone..so i open ARCHOUSE Design and Drafting Services, a Freelancing Cad Business right into the comforts of my home..wherein i work alone and and i do prepare Design, Construction, Shop, and As-Built drawings for all Discipline except Surveying..To GOD be the glory! Right now i am making a name in the world of online services and i have started last january in freelancer.com and i would like also start here in guru.com...best regards
Work Terms
I am open to working terms, i can work from 4 to 8 hours a day, my payment terms can be project milestone for fixed and for hourly, every week, depending on work time, communication can be done in skype or email.
