Work Terms

• Communication: I am available for communication via Guru messaging or video calls. I will respond within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Saturday, English Preferred).

• Project Timeline: The project timeline will be discussed and agreed upon before starting. I will keep you updated on progress and notify you of any potential delays.

• Revisions: I offer 2 rounds of revisions for design work. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Video edits will include up to 2 rounds of revisions.

• Payment: I prefer milestone payments for all projects. A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

• Pricing: My rates are based on the complexity of the project. I will provide a clear quote upfront, and any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and billed accordingly.

• Ownership & Copyright: You will receive full ownership of the final designs and videos upon full payment. However, I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio.

Cancellation/Refunds: If the project is canceled before completion, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations after completion, payment will be due as agreed upon in the contract.
