About

I write, edit, research and design stories and articles for and/or about games.

I'm a copywriter and freelance game scenario writer and narrative designer. Primarily, I write adventures/scenarios for tabletop roleplaying games. I've written scenarios for D&D and Ironsworn selected for publishing by indie outlets, and am writing a standalone adventure for another independent TRPG.

I've also written short standalone games, and scripts for a visual novel on Google Play and the App Store.

The subject of my work focuses on fantasy, weird fiction, cosmic horror, Spanish colonial-era Philippine history, and Philippine mythology.

My masters dissertation was on ludonarrative structures in visual novels, and I am well-versed in the medium's tropes and history.

Work Terms

I do my freelance work around 6-9 PM (UTC+8:00) on weekdays and during the weekends (also UTC+8). I can respond to messages during normal working hours in the same time zone.
