Think Different
I am 31 years old, a single mother with 2 daughters. My late husband died during typhoon Yolanda, it's very hard to raise 2 kids. I'm not a college degree holder so I decided to work in a BPO industry because in BPO there is equality, either you are a gay and lesbian you can work in a call center company as long as you have a good communication skills. My previous work background is that I have 7 years of experience as a call center agent in a BPO company where I basically take calls and answer customer service related questions from our client's. I am striving hard for my kids. I resigned my previous work because I decided to go home with my kids. Hoping that this will help me to start again.
Work Terms
For me there are 3 factors to consider my communication style, 1. Ask questions 2.Observe Reactions and 3.Listen Actively. Those styles are very important to complete all the tasks in a timely manner. I can work full time, 40 hrs per week and for the payment terms it depends on the client, I can go weekly or every 15th and 30th of the month.
