My goal is to get you (or your company) to work with high efficiency, keeping what works, and challenging what doesn't, to help you evolve through continuous improvement.

Ariel Pacay is an agile coach and consultant, has been a software developer since 2005, and went through different positions throughout his career, as development team lead, project manager, product owner, and client, and since 2011 started involving actively with the more social side of the IT continuous improvement, achieving the rigorous Certified Scrum Master accreditation.

He worked on Scrum and agile all around the world and has trained and coached many organizations in the use of Scrum to deliver high-quality products, predictably and repeatedly.

Ariel engages closely with both, teams and managers, to ensure he introduces the values and principles in a useful applicable manner right out of the box. He does so in a way that aligns with the organization’s transformation process and goals, and which can be applied long-term to any software project.

Being mainly a creature raised in office environments and from an IT development origin, he developed a taste for games that include social interaction, like tabletop board games, and for the complete opposite, like traveling to the mountain, and spend time trekking, surrounded by nature and peace.

Work Terms

20hs per week or less, for now, depending on the long term proposal. Google meet and Calendly Are my preferred tools of the trade.
