Looking for a job
I am newbie on this site but I had a lot of work done online. In addition, as an employee, I worked a total of four years in BPO industry, in my three years of operation I have been responding to complaints and resolving issues aiming to customer contentment, remain frequent contact through email, calls or chats with the clients in responsibility to understand their needs, provided professional after sales support to enhance customer’s dedication and satisfaction and one year of supervising agents, working for organization's improvement, training new hires and also working as leader of my previous organization. 50-60 word per minute typing skill with 90-95 accuracy.
