I, Ariful Islam, am an individual with a diverse set of skills and have more than 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in Commercial Real Estate Industry Valuation and Debt Underwriting. I am working with a financial consultancy firm based in New York that serves various banks and financial companies including Barclays, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, Voya, Allianz, Ready Capital, etc. in the USA.

I have processed, analyzed, and underwritten more than $800MM of CMBS loan application for various property types including commercial (office, hotel, and retail), multifamily, industrial, and self-storage properties. I have extensive knowledge in financial models, formulas, write-ups, valuations, and critical comparative analysis.
