I started my career with Hewlett Packard as a technical support expert for United States and Canadian clients then I moved to convergys where we used to serve the Australian clients for internet and broadband customer service, I have also work with 3 global services UK telecom company for customer service that was a blended process for postpaid customer service. I have worked with different gift card clients catering to United States, Canada, Australia, UK which includes BBnT and Black hawk network. The overall experience was for customer service emailing chat and translations my last organisation was Skechers where I use to take care of escalations on emails. I am 29 and my hobbies are playing basketball and surfing on internet.
