This is Arijit Halder. I started my career as a Customer Service Representative in 2014 right after completion of graduation. I do have 5 years of experience in this sector. I possess expertise on Call Handling, Email Writing, Chat Support and Named Entry Recognition (NER). Recently I have started pursuing a Diploma with major in Journalism and Mass Communication. Since I do possess good writing skills, so I have indulged myself in Content Writing as well.
