When Creative Writing, Document Preparation and Legal Review should be a seamless process.

I want to enable you to focus on what you do best while I prepare the document on your behalf. Besides having three degrees, including a law degree, I also wrote four books. Among the documents I have prepared are various types of complaints, grant proposals, business plans, commercial loan applications, commercial and residential leases, business formation, bylaws, covenants, agreements, business plans, legal pleadings, nondisclosure agreements, employment contracts, intellectual property agreements, etc.

Writing creatively gives me a lot of flexibility. I write scripts for commercials, vlogs, etc. Various software can be used to make your story or presentation stand out. My number one goal is to make sure you are satisfied.

Work Terms

I will consider either an hourly rate or a fixed cost project depending upon the assignment. I look forward to building an ongoing relationship.
