Content Writer
Worked as Technical Content Writer, from December 1, 2011 to October 17, 2013.
Responsibilities:
• Coordination and communication with business and other IT teams.
• Create, edit and archive technical and process documents, maintaining technical accuracy by reviewing completed documents.
• Work closely with agents, Team Leads, and managers to identify issues where content are required.
• Continually grow/develop knowledge specific to HP products, content processes, and tools (ICWC, CWIM, and CSPR).
• Other e-Support related duties as assigned by the HP e-ACE Editor and HP e-AAC Administrators.
Work Terms
my hours of operation is between 9 am PST to 1 pm PST.
