I have been working in Convergys for over 5 years, assisting customers in the United States with their technical concerns as well as billing, promotions and adjustments. I have also worked as a coach for agents, who just graduated from Training, with behaviors necessary to pass Transition and to be endorsed to Production. I was also assigned to a special project for a year to help the site in meeting targets for certain metrics such as Transfer and Credit Adjustment; through validating calls of Outlier agents and sending findings to Operations for immediate action.
