I am relatively new to home-based work but I have been assisting clients for more than five years now in various lines of business online. My previous work was actually under an outsourcing company here in the Philippines, whom which catered my previous Australian client, who is from one of the biggest real estate agency in Sydney with over 2,500 properties and they can very much vouch for me. I had worked for them for almost three years.
I have a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I can also multitask which has earned me a great focus on attention to detail and I can definitely work under pressure.
I have learned and experienced a lot of process from the front and back end of a real estate, this has made me understand the crucial technicalities and the importance of being extremely attentive and precise to information and details.
This has also upgraded my skills and has made me push my boundaries that use critical thinking, logic, initiative and expert decision making. I have also learned the value of integrity, this allowed me to secure and protect client information.
Every day I learn new things, with this competitive industry, this made me a fast learner and can adapt well to my given tasks.
Work Terms
Four to 10 hours a day. Maximum of 40 hours a week
$5-$8 per hour or preferably higher
Can communicate via skype, hangouts, slack, gmail or outlook
