I started working as a freelance academic writer to compensate for my expenses. However, as I started working I realized that I can have a future in the field. My first writing experience was for a local company. I learned through my mistakes and online sources and eventually wrote my own review article, which was published in Chinese medical journal last year.
I am doing a bachelor's degree in chemistry, however, for most of the time as a writer I have found myself pretty good at writing academic papers in social sciences, history, theology, and humanities. Moreover, It was partially because of the fact that most of the work I was assigned was related to these disciplines.
Over that last few year I have developed proficiency in Microsoft applications, SPSS and Nvivo. Moreover, as a published writer I am well acquainted with the requirements, formatting and referencing of all kinds. All these skills are self learned, and I am optimistic that I can learn and earn simultaneously.
