Baird’s Private Wealth Management leadership rotational development program, where he excelled as a private wealth consultant, with functional proficiency in firm and branch operations, practice management, marketing, technology productivity, investment research, financial planning, and financial advisory acquisition and integration. Baird has been consistently ranked Top 10 on Fortune Magazine's 100 Best Companies To work For.

Following Baird, he founded Artem and CONZÚL, LLC, a technology enabled consumer products company.

Carlos is a graduate of Marquette University with an International Business and Marketing degree, a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Wisconsin-Madison, financial planning education from Northwestern University, and successfully completed the Certified Financial Planning designation examination requirement. He's served on a number of non-profit boards and city commissions, always striving to make the community a better place.

On his off-time, you can find him reading a plethora of books, listening to TED talks and motivational videos, practicing yoga, or planning global travel. Some recent world explorations included San Juan, Puerto Rico; San Jose, Jaco, and Arenal, Costa Rica; Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, Brazil; and Negril, Jamaica.
