Work Terms

Work Terms as a Graphic Designer:

Hours of Operation:

Flexible working hours tailored to meet project deadlines and client needs.
Available for communication and project updates during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
Open to scheduling meetings or consultations outside standard hours upon request.
Payment Terms:

Projects are typically billed at a fixed rate or hourly basis, depending on the scope and nature of the work.
A deposit of 50% is required upfront for new projects, with the balance due upon completion and approval.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, or Payoneer.
Invoices are issued upon completion of milestones or final delivery, with a standard payment term of 14 days.
Preferred Communication Style:

Clear and consistent communication via email or messaging platforms for project updates and feedback.
Scheduled video or phone calls for more detailed discussions and brainstorming sessions.
Open to using project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack to track progress and collaborate efficiently.
Revisions and Feedback:

Offering up to two rounds of revisions to ensure client satisfaction with the final design.
Encouraging constructive feedback to align the project with the client’s vision and objectives.
Confidentiality:

Committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and project details.
Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if required.
