I have an overall experience of 18+ years in the customer service industry. Started my career with Sitel India as a support representative handling incoming calls for AOL online. Went on to work with other major clients like Dell, HP, Symantec, Microsoft, HughesNet and Egnyte.
During my tenure I have also worked in different positions i.e a support representative, quality control and as a Team Leader.
Also worked from home at Crossover for work for 7 months handling 10 different clients which were Prologic, DNN Software, XO support, Skyvera, Knowledge Marketing, EPM Live, Engine Yard, Everest, First Rain & ObjectStore.
Listening to music, Reading about the latest technologies and watching movies.
Work Terms
Prefer to work 40 Hours per week and to be paid on a week on week basis and also prefer to be paid via payoneer / paypal or any other online merchants.
