Certified Quickbooks Pro Online Advisor and Xero Advisor with 18 yrs of exp. in core accounting

I am Aruna Ceyardass from India, having overall 18 years of experience in core accounting, payroll and analysis of final statements and preparation of bank reconciliation statement using MS Excel 2003, 2007 and 2010, LibreOffice 4.2, with certification in Quickbooks Pro Online and Xero.

Total 12 years – 8 years of experience in QuickBooks Pro2000, 4 years experience in QuickBooks Pro 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, Online and XERO, MYOB, Wave Accounting.

2 years of experience in payroll using 1099-ETC which includes creation of accounts to generating reports like 940, 941, W2, W3 and UCT6, online UT return thru DOR website.

2 years of experience in online filing of sales tax returns through Florida Dept. of Revenue website (DR15EZ return).

2 years of experience in assistance level in preparing all types of Tax returns like 1120S, 1120, 1065, and 1040.

Types of company files :- Gas and conventional stations, Restaurants, Hotel, Food Mart, Hospital and Pediatrician, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Retail, Maintenance Service, Investments, Kids Care School, etc.

In a nutshell, i can control and maintain full set of accounting system including Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fixed Assets, Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Statement, Cash book, General Ledger and prepare all statements for tax purposes, as per the directions.

Work Terms

I can dedicate up to 35 hours/week and my daily working hours are negotiable. If the contract is finalized for long term basis then i can dedicate more hours.

I would like to charge $15 per hour for this job and my rates are negotiable for good clients.

I will be available for online meetings either through Gmail or Skype and will be thankful if one day prior intimation is given for preliminary online meetings. I will provide the details of Gmail or Skype on your reply.
