I have a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. I have over 7 years of experience in technical/customer support (Chat and Voice Channel), data entry and Incident Management positions in Indian Campuses of multi national companies including Wipro, HP, 27/7 and ANZ Bank.
I've focused on developing my professional career around the emphasis of supporting my employers in many administrative way to further excel at what it requires. However; I would like to work from home henceforth and just have started my freelancing career.
