- Hours of Operation: I am available for consultations and project work any day of the week, with a primary focus on weekends. Feel free to communicate at any time, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon project completion but some amount is to be deposited as an advance.
- Preferred Communication Style: Please communicate through Guru messages for the best experience. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and provide regular updates throughout the project.
- Revisions: I offer up to three free revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations. Additional revisions may be available upon request for a fee.
- Delivery Time: For single template projects, I strive to deliver within 24 hours. For package deals, the delivery time is typically within one week, depending on complexity.
