IT Business Analyst with Strong Industry knowledge of 8.5 Yrs willing to work in- person or online in challenging environments

Business Analysis and Documentation:
- Requirement Gathering, Requirement documentation, UAT support throughout project life cycle
- Proficient in all phases of Requirement Management, including gathering, analyzing, detailing and tracking requirements
- Experienced in documenting requirement using UML, AS IS and To Be. Building Business Process Flow Charts and Cross Functional Business Process Diagram using tools such as Visio and Requirement Management using Microsoft Team Foundation Server [TFS]

Research & Process Re-Engineering:
- Extensive Knowledge in General Insurance [Property and Casualty ]
- Establishing what is going on in an industry, company or business situation through interviews with key stakeholders and other background research, to bring together a range of data and information.
- Excellent understanding of US, UK & Europe, India General Insurance Domain (New Business, Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims and Reinsurance, Policy Admin System, Accounting, DW BI)

Implementation:
- Good understanding of all phases of SDLC with Waterfall and Agile methodologies with hands on experience
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of organization
- Taking the research & analysis and using it to help drive development, testing and implementation of projects to provide significant improvements to business processes.

Communication / Network Skills:
- Well-developed written, verbal and listening skills.
- Experience dealing with clients/customers in the Insurance Industry and IT in all roles
- Many different networks of contacts have been formed at various times in order to carry out certain tasks/projects
