Go –To - Market
• Prepare monthly GTM plan in alignment with segments in compliance with agreed upon criteria
• Review Monthly Social Media Calendar & BTL plan with the assigned team member to ensure that it is complying with the Go To Market plan
• Assuring the availably of Social Media & BTL AW with the proper sizes according to the plan
• Ensure CEO ,VP approval on Plan in a monthly meeting with segments
• Communicate the final Go To Market plan to all segments & send any updates during the month
• Prepare the Shops communication plan ' BTL accordingly, Digital signage & ensure alignment with Sales Directors & Commercial VP approval
• Align Comms , Sales , Sales Operations and Business owners on new AWs needed for the month to take necessary actions
Roadmap
• Weekly update of the Roadmap from the B2C Dashboard + Solutions Team for projects in assessment + PMO team for projects in development phase + Business owners for projects not yet in assessment or planning phase
• Monthly Roadmap meeting with segments to discuss Roadmap updates & Next month Go-To-Market
• Update "Projects details" with Roadmap updates ( change of date , cancellation , addition...etc)
• Request from Solutions team to provide their input on newly added projects & ensure full info
