Fulltime Virtual bookkeeper/accountant who can handle the complete cycle of accounting for small and medium-sized businesses.

I'm very passionate about making a difference. When I'm involved with a project at work I want to do my best to achieve success. I love the fact that I help people make better decisions. It's not just about the numbers. It's not about balance sheets, profit and loss, and other financial reports. They are just the technical tools we use. The technical aspect is fulfilling in itself because I find that side of it intellectually stimulating. But I like the way this job gives me an opportunity to make a difference in the decisions made by my clients, and hopefully, they have a more successful business as a result of my input.
I will take care of ongoing bookkeeping on QuickBooks, income & expense categorization, AR/ AP, bank & credit card reconciliations. Also will produce profit & loss and balance sheet. Prepare financial snapshots and cash flow reports.
