Work Terms

As a professional resume and cover letter writer on Guru.com, I value transparency and clear communication in all aspects of my work. To ensure a successful and mutually beneficial work relationship with my clients, I have established the following work terms:

Scope of Work: The scope of work will be clearly defined and agreed upon between myself and the client before starting any project. This includes the specific services to be provided, the expected timeframe for completion, and the agreed-upon fee.

Communication: I am committed to maintaining open and effective communication with my clients throughout the project. I will promptly respond to messages and provide regular updates on the project's progress.

Revisions: I am committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will provide up to two rounds of revisions free of charge to ensure that the final product meets the client's expectations.
Payment: Payment will be made through Guru's secure payment system, and the client will only be required to release payment upon successful completion of the project. A deposit of 50% may be required before starting the project.
Refunds: If the client is not satisfied with the final product, I will work with them to resolve any issues. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund of up to 50% of the agreed-upon fee may be offered.
