• Concept development (to give design ideas by sketching / Adobe photo shop / Illustrator / CAD-CAM)
• To provide design Tech pack / specifications to the model room/factories/ out sources
• To monitor all the development technically at all ends in order to ensure the perfection
• Use artistic ability to edit & make changes to original designs according to the customer / market requirement
• To improve the designing process by introducing new techniques
• To develop the molds & lasts of new ranges in order to be perfect technically
• Have special focus on the lasts , its shape its measurements in order to give the best / perfect fitting to the customers
• To make good samples and send to the customer for approval
• To improve the designing process by introducing new ideas and techniques.
• To receive feedback from Cost Manager regarding the cost of the sample and implement the suitable measures to control it.
• To co-operate with the production staffs to solve the problems relating to the designing.
• To check the material specification of each article, each color as per sample.
• To conducted different in-house trainings that how the products can be more better
• To plan / order materials for sampling
• To manage the cutting knives of different styles for production from outside parties and in-house
• To stop / control any process on detecting any non-conformity related to the designing / production
• To look after the sample quality in cutting, closing, lasting as well as in finishing
• To develop the performance evaluation system for annual increment
• To conducted in house motivational training programs for staff & executives
