Work Terms

Work Ethics -

We are strictly bound to our work ethics and our values. We help our clients in every possible way to achieve their goals.

Modes of Communication -

In software development, either it can be simple Standalone Application or Web or Mobile Application, proper requirement gathering is a crucial part. Minor misunderstanding can lead to malfunctioning of product.

Hence, we prefer to meet in person, if possible, while gathering requirements as well as finalizing the terms. Rest of times, during process of building the product or during service period, you may communicate with us via phone calls, emails, Skype, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.

Hours of Operations -

We operate 8 hours a day and 5 days in a week. We may increase our work hours per week as per work requirement and urgency.

Billing -

The billing is based on resources hired, which varies from $15/hr to $115/hr. We initially calculate the project cost and decide its billing process as per project.

Generally, if project is big enough then we divide it into modules and total cost of project is divided into number of modules. Client will pay part of total project cost for each module.

And if project is considerably small to divide it into modules then the client can pay, in two iterations, part of total project cost can be can be prepaid and dues can be cleared on completion of project.

We provide 10 months free service to product, in which any major functionality change will be billable. After 10 months of free service we provide annual maintenance for your product at reasonable charge.


Note: Prepaid projects will be given higher priority.
