A business management professional having a keen interest in the areas of financial markets, infrastructure finance and impact investing and looking to explore and create new avenues in them

I am a professional with around 6 years of experience in the areas of capital markets, finance and infrastructure. My functional experience includes business strategy, investment & portfolio management and capital allocation.
My primary experience spans in finance sector wherein I have worked with a wealth management firm and a major credit rating agency. I have worked in business strategy wherein I have dealt with formulating business plan for the organisations, monitoring and reviewing the same and taking corrective actions, looking after sales force effectiveness and ensuring optimal operational efficiency. One of the key projects I have worked on includes business restructuring for the wealth management outfit, which entailed remodelling the sales model and overhauling the product portfolio, which helped turnaround the business towards profitability. In addition, I have also handled investment and portfolio management for HNIs and corporates, capital allocation for optimising the investment portfolio of the firm , creating securitised debt products for infrastructure finance, handling an innovation lab to scout for interesting sectors to invest in or fintech firms to partner with . One of the most challenging activity I am working on currently is M&A for my current firm wherein I manage entire cycle from deal sourcing, valuation and due diligence to post merger integration.
I also have experience in the infrastructure side, where, I have worked on the tendering, project estimation and working capital management for power projects. I have also worked on the business process reenigneering and an M&A case for my firm.
My key interests include capital markets, infrastructure and SME finance and impact investments.
