Work Terms

Project Scope: I will work closely with you to understand your vision and requirements. Clear communication and a detailed project brief are essential for a successful outcome.

Revisions: I offer up to 5 revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

Deliverables: I will provide high-quality 3D renders, floor plans, and detailed layouts as per the project requirements. All files will be delivered in formats suitable for your use (JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.).

Timeline: Project timelines will be set based on the scope of work. I am committed to delivering on schedule, but adjustments may be made in case of additional requirements or revisions.

Payment: A milestone payment system will be followed. Payments will be made upon completion of each phase of the project (initial concept, final design, revisions, etc.). I require 50% upfront to begin work, and the balance upon final approval.
