Hi!
I am Ashlee Walker and I am a mom of 3. I am a freelance Administrative Professional. I do everything from virtual assisting to personal assisting. I am great with phone and email handling, I have a pleasant and polite phone voice as well as knowledge of answering phones with and without a script. I am proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I also recently became proficient in Google Suite as well. I am studying right now to become completely proficient in Quickbooks.

As a stay at home mom I am wonderful at multitasking and learning very fast. I am detail oriented, accurate and a perfectionist. I am loyal, bright and of course dedicated.

I have a direct need to help others and I was studying nursing at UNLV before switching my major to Psychology and Criminal Justice. I am familiar with many fields of study and the procedures that happen within them so training can be a breeze!

Work Terms

I am willing to work for any company or person as long is there is a signed contract and everything is done legally. I will not work for someone for free. If you are hiring me as your personal assistant I require a $50 deposit for my services to ensure that payment is received. The deposit will come out of the first payment at the first check. However, I have been hired by people requesting a personal assistant before and never been paid, so now I require a deposit.

For Virtual Assisting and Administrative roles I require a business contract to be signed.

I do not take checks! Must be direct deposit. I will not spend money to invest in "software" for a company, been scammed there too.

It is $550 per week for my personal assistant services and $20/hr for my virtual assisting and administrative assisting contracts, however that is negotiable.
