Multi-Talented Administrative Support/Marketing Director
I am a former Office Manager/Marketing Director for a boutique real estate investment firm. During my time at the company I was the go-to person for anything and everything that needed to be done for the business. I worked on everything from, administrative support: ran the entire office down to IT help and needs, paid bills, invoiced clients and maintained the company Quickbooks; Marketing Director: I implemented the marketing of our clients properties by creating proposals, creating offering memorandums, creating e-mail blasts, which included coding the blast for easier user interaction, creating and maintaining social media, maintaining third party sites; Analysis: I valued every property that we tried to "win" from a potential client, as well as every property that we exclusively listed.
Many programs that I chose to use to make a more streamlined work environment I had to learn on my own and gave me the opportunity to become an invaluable asset within the company. Upon my departure from the company, I am still working on freelance projects for them, which can express not only the continued need for my services, however the good graces that myself and the company owner are still in.
Work Terms
The hours I am available will vary depending on each day, however if you have a deadline that a project needs to be done by, you can guarantee I will have it done by that time.
I request payment within 24 hours after the project is complete.
