Ashley picks up things quickly and needs minimal direction from me. She's orderly, detail-oriented and communicates well and in a timely manner. Ashley came on board when I was up to the eyeballs with work and in dire need of an assistant. Within a very short period of time, she took several projects off my to-do list and handled them efficiently and thoroughly. She's fabulous and I highly recommend her.
