Work Terms

1. Scope of Work
I offer full-stack development services, including database design, backend development with Node.js and Express.js, or Nest js frontend development with React.js, and API integration. The scope covers requirements analysis, UI/UX design (if needed), development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

2. Timelines and Deadlines
Project timelines will be estimated based on requirements and complexity. Milestones and deadlines will be set at the start of the project. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly, and efforts will be made to minimize impact.

3. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included for each milestone. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be subject to extra charges.

4. Payment Terms
A 40% upfront deposit is required before work begins. Payments will follow the agreed-upon milestones, with the final payment due upon project completion and acceptance.

5. Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables, including source code and rights. I reserve the right to include the project in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project.

7. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate the contract with two weeks' notice. In case of termination, the client will pay for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Additional Features
Features beyond the initial scope will require negotiation and may incur extra charges.

9. Acceptance
Both parties agree to these terms by signing the contract or through electronic acceptance.
